How to buy from Sítio Reverie
Request samples, cup the coffees and receive a proposal. Our origin team guides you from selection to delivery arrangements.
From your first sample to your order
Tell us about your roastery
Complete the form with your details, country, delivery address for the quotation and the coffees you would like to taste. This information helps our team check the selection and shipping.
Receive your quotation by email
Pedro or Ana Gabriela reviews the information and emails the full quotation, including the coffees, sample price, shipping and next steps. If any details are missing, our team contacts you.
Cup the samples
Select up to 10 coffees for your Sítio Reverie Sample Box. Sample Box: 10 samples of 200 g each for BRL 500. Individual sample: 200 g for BRL 100. Shipping is extra and paid by the buyer. If payment is required, our team sends the link after reviewing the request and providing the quotation.
Talk to the origin
After cupping, share your impressions. We can arrange a video call to discuss the processes, answer questions and choose the coffees for your order.
Receive your proposal
You receive a written proposal covering the coffees, volume, price, payment terms, shipping window and applicable documentation. Freight, taxes and each party’s responsibilities are specified before you approve.
Delivered to your door
We check whether door-to-door delivery is possible at your destination or arrange shipment with your importer. The route, export and import responsibilities and tracking arrangements are confirmed in your proposal.

Minimum order
On enquiry, according to the coffees selected and the shipping route. The form does not place an order or reserve stock.
Samples and shipping

Provide your country, address and postal code. We check delivery coverage and shipping options before sending the quotation.
Price and payment
After reviewing your details, address and selection, our team sends the full quotation by email. If a payment is required, we also send the payment link. The form does not charge you. Your proposal itemises the amounts and additional costs. There is no checkout on this website.
Documentation and traceability
Our team confirms the commercial and export documents applicable to your destination. EU buyers may request traceability information for their EUDR assessment; this is not a certification or a guarantee of compliance.
Quality and timing
Authorised reports are linked to coffees in the catalogue. Sample approval, lot specifications and the shipping window are agreed in writing before the order is finalised.
